The METAL FACH Z 237 is a bale wrapping machine with self-loading capabilities, designed to be towed by a tractor with a minimum power of 30 kW. This machine is equipped with a hydraulic motor driven by the tractor’s pump, ensuring optimal efficiency during operation.
A distinctive feature of the Z 237 model is the loading arm, which facilitates loading bales from the rear, increasing the speed and ease of the process. Equipped with a film cutting and gripping system, the machine optimizes packaging, eliminating the need for manual intervention.
The feeder accepts film widths of 500 and 750 mm, offering versatility depending on the user’s needs. The wheel axle rotation system improves maneuverability, while the direct drive transmission ensures reliable operation.
Control is performed from the tractor’s cabin, through a control lever, adding comfort for the operator. The special construction with four rotating cylinders prevents bale slippage, ensuring safe handling.
Additionally, the machine is equipped with a practical timer that indicates the current number of bales wrapped, working time, total number of bales, and average per hour, thus providing useful information for efficiently managing the packaging process.
