The Deutz BF6M1015C engine is a diesel “V6” (six-cylinder V configuration) water-cooled unit designed for heavy stationary applications or on industrial/construction machinery. With a displacement of approximately 11.9 liters and a bore-stroke of 132 mm × 145 mm, it offers a high power density in a relatively compact assembly. The turbocharging is achieved via a turbocharger combined with intake air cooling (intercooler), which allows for consistent torque at low revs, ideal for continuous loads and industrial demands.
