METAL FACH Z 237 is a self-loading bale wrapping machine, designed to be towed by a tractor with a minimum power of 30 kW. This machine is equipped with a hydraulic motor driven by the tractor’s pump, ensuring optimal efficiency in operation.

A distinctive feature of the Z 237 model is the loading arm, which facilitates the loading of bales at the rear, increasing the speed and ease of the process. Equipped with a cutting and gripping system for the film, the machine optimizes packaging, eliminating the need for manual interventions.

The feeder accepts films with widths of 500 and 750 mm, offering versatility according to the user’s needs. The axle rotation system improves maneuverability, while the direct drive transmission ensures reliable operation.

Control is carried out from the tractor’s cabin via a steering lever, adding comfort for the operator. The special construction with four rotating cylinders prevents the bale from slipping, ensuring safe handling.

Additionally, the machine comes with a handy timer that indicates the current number of bales wrapped, working time, total number of bales, and average per hour, thus providing useful information for efficient management of the packaging process.
