Ordering Methods

After the order is confirmed between the client and a consultant from Royal DRU SRL, the company representative will send a proforma invoice via email. The client must pay at least 50% of the total order value into the account specified on the proforma invoice. The goods will be delivered once the deposited amount is confirmed in the account.

The product will be delivered to the client via express courier service. Please note that the cost of shipping the order via express courier is covered by the client, and the delivery cost may vary depending on the weight, dimensions of the packages, and the destination. For courier shipments, Royal DRU SRL will ensure proper packaging of the product and the inclusion of accompanying documents.

Please note that the express courier company contracted by our firm delivers packages containing the ordered products to clients between 09:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a delivery address and a phone number to ensure the client can be reached during this time frame.

Cash payment or card payment can be made at the headquarters of Royal DRU SRL. Payment by bank transfer: this payment method is available after the order is confirmed by phone with a consultant from Royal DRU SRL.

Return Policy

Order Modification or Cancellation

If you change your mind and no longer want a product from the order, wish to replace it with another product, or no longer want any of the ordered products, you can notify us as soon as possible at the phone number 0739851866 or via email at info@dru.ro. Our team will do their best to modify or cancel your order.


Delivery methods for products sold by Royal Dru:

  • Delivery via courier (standard)
  • Delivery through a transport partner with goods insurance.

Delivery fees: These fees will be communicated before placing the order and will be visible in the cart.

Delivery of large-sized products sold by Royal Dru:

For the delivery of large-sized products, the delivery fee is applied based on the volume of the products in the order, regardless of the order’s value, and it varies from one category to another.

The delivery fee will also apply to orders that include products on promotion with free shipping. In the case of a multiple order, the delivery fee is charged for items not on promotion. In addition to the volumetric fee, delivery charges based on region and area will be added, which vary depending on the geographical location. These fees will be communicated before placing the order and will be visible in the cart.

Free product delivery:

If a product is on promotion and it is specified in the cart that it benefits from free shipping, the buyer is exempt from delivery fees.

General conditions for returning products sold by Royal Dru:

  • The return period for products is 14 days.
  • The products you return must be in the same condition as when you received them, with the packaging intact. If the packaging is not in the same condition, the return will be rejected.
  • The return must include the original labels, the warranty certificate (if issued by the manufacturer/distributor), and all documents that came with the product.
  • The product must be accompanied by the accessories/gifts it was delivered with.
  • If you bought multiple items of the same type and wish to return them all, make sure only one has been unsealed. Returns for the other products are accepted only if they are sealed.
  • Returns are not accepted for products that have been tampered with, show signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, chips, dents, mechanical/electrical shocks, or products missing accessories.
  • Returns are not accepted if you have uninstalled operating systems or other programs that were included at delivery, if the products have activated OEM licenses, or if you have uninstalled operating systems or other programs that were included at delivery.
  • If the return package contains products different from those listed on the completed form, after the courier checks the package, the pickup will be refused.

 


Return delivery fees:
The delivery fees for returning a product sold by Royal Dru are covered by the customer.

Refund in the case of a return:

The money can be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the product by Royal Dru, to the account specified by the customer.
If the payment was made with an online bank card, the refund will be made to that same account.
